Jim Calhoun, Chief Executive Officer

Jim co-founded PopularMedia and has served as chief executive officer since its inception in 2003. He is responsible for guiding the company's strategy, growth, operations and customer satisfaction. A true Silicon Valley veteran, Jim has helped a broad range of businesses grow through technology and marketing -- from startups such as Glam Media, Inc. to global leaders such as HP and IBM. Prior to founding PopularMedia, Jim founded CustomerClick LLC, a privately held direct marketing services firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Jim served as Vice President of Products at NetObjects, Inc. Jim is a former reviews editor at CNET and holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.

Mark Kvamme, Sequoia Capital

Mark Kvamme focuses on software and services investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 1999, Mark was Chairman of USWeb/CKS and Chairman and CEO of CKS Group prior to the merger with USWeb. Earlier in his career Mark was a Director of International Marketing for Wyse Technology, the President and CEO of International Solutions, and was a founding member of Apple France. Mark has a BA in French Economics and Literature from the University of California at Berkeley.

Scott Hilleboe, Steamboat Ventures

Scott joined Steamboat Ventures in 2003, bringing more than 13 years of experience in operations, venture capital investing, business development and strategic planning. Scott currently serves on the boards of PopularMedia and MerchantCircle. He also provides board oversight for Rosum and supports Steamboat's investments in RazorGator, Quigo, Move Networks, and EMN8. Scott received a BS in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Mariani, Chief Technology Officer Blue Lithium, A Yahoo! Company

David brings 20 years of experience in building data-driven technology organizations, and is one of Silicon Valley's foremost experts at leveraging, protecting and monetizing user data. Prior to joining BlueLithium, David founded and was CTO of MineShare, a leading customer marketing ASP. He raised $21 million for the company through three rounds of financing, and ultimately led its sale to Digital Impact for $34 million. When Digital Impact was acquired by Acxiom in May 2005, David became CTO of Acxiom Digital and continued to lead the company's growth until coming to BlueLithium in June, 2007.

Young Chung, DAG Ventures

Before joining DAG in 1999, Young worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, focusing on financial analysis of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, public and private financings, and other corporate transactions. While at DAG, he supported investments made in DAG I and II and led due diligence efforts in the early stages of DAG's venture investment strategy implementation. In 2004, Young joined Entrisphere, a DAG portfolio company, where he focused on strategic initiatives to improve gross margins and reported to the CEO. He returned to DAG in 2005. Young has a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
